I was there Saturday night for my Mom's 90th birthday we've all eaten there before and we're very disappointed this time three out of six meals we're no good two of the meals were scallops they were very salty took them home and washed them off to eat them 8 oz filet mignon very very chewy not just my opinion I've had better filet had Village Tavern sorry to say

Went there on 1/10/26 dealt with a general
Manager phil giangrasso my brother-in-law fell hurt his ankle. We couldn’t set the table for five minutes of being bothered different people coming up, running our dinner then another gentlemen end up coming up asking us to leave after we put our order in everything terrible experience, slippery floors. Everything else would not recommend. different managers coming up asking is everything OK? More worried about being sued that’s all they kept saying completely ruined our dinner.

It was delicious as usual, my one complaint is that my husband got one of the specials, blacken grouper with scallops, and we had left overs that we brought home and his one scallop that he was looking forward to was not on our to go box. I also put part of my Chilean Sea Bass on his plate thinking it could all be boxed together but that wasn't in there either. None of the sauce for the grouper was with it either, which wasn't as big of a deal. 3 people and we spent over $600 and missed out on some of the items we were looking forward to as leftovers.

Spot on and perfect on a very busy NYE. Staff and kitchen were both ready and it showed. Food was times perfectly, service was all over it while never feeling rushed. Gregory out server was experienced and knew what he was doing, obviously been doing this as a pro for a while.

The very best wedding anniversary dinner or any dinner ever… thanks to Duke, Emma, and actually all the other staff at Mastro’s. We have never been treated with such care & kindness as these people exhibited in our lifetimes. Kyle Bankston as Manager has inherited Superlative people like Duke, who has been there for 25 years, and Kyle’s newer hires like Emma and the hostesses who represent the finest employees possible. Every morsel of food from the starters to the final desserts was exceptional, as were the specialty drinks my lovely wife of 35 years ordered, aided with discovery by Duke. We could not fault ANY aspect of personal service, atmosphere, or the presentation, quality, taste, & texture of our meals. The thoughtfulness exhibited throughout was outstanding also, we were given a copy of our evenings menu with the heading “ Happy 35th Anniversary “.
We will never ever forget the finest experience in awesome dining surrounded with the finest in professional caring service. We were treated as Royalty, quite an eye opening event overall. It is my privilege to thank Mastro’s, Kyle, Duke, Emma, and the others for an evening to cherish.
