    Went for a birthday dinner a couple of months back but I'm finally getting to rave about this place. It's fine dining and you definitely better come hungry! The food is exquisite and the service was amazing. This place definitely had the catered experience for the birthday boy. Tons of side dishes to share over great wine. I'll definitely be saving my pennies to come back here for another killer dinner.

    First time visitor here!! From the moment we arrived in the parking lot they have complimentary valet (we tipped ofc) super nice super friendly i unfortunately didn’t get there names but they opened both doors for me and my lady and i gave em keys and was quick easy, apon entering you can just see the elegant atmosphere Mastros is providing dim lights, light music. Hosts we nice and friendly. Our waiter CORY was super nice guy helped us with all our question about the menu… they also remembered they reason we were there (it’s asked occasion in booking and we were there for my lady birthday) and the hosts wished hbd apon seating and so did cory so she felt super good and as did i because it showed they cared ! and JEFF the general manager super nice guy you can tell he’s been in the restaurant industry for sometime bc he has that place running to perfection… we also had another manager come and ask how we’re doing which was very nice so the staff definitely cares about everyone that comes through those doors. The food was great the service was great 10/5 stars if i could definitely coming back FS!!!

    I'm severely handicapped and disabled And went last night with my friend for a seminar I kept on telling the people there is very hot in that room they did nothing about it it's just been consider going on with the seminar and I was passed out in that room I try to find myself with A flyer that they gave me to try to defend myself a little bit Set the seminars going on there is no wait staff to talk to and the people running the seminars didn't do anything about it either and when we got our food My filet m Mignon Was very tough to cut I had to have my friend cut it and didn't even melts in your mouth and it didn't have any taste I put the other steakhouses where it melts in your mouth with flavor very disappointed and my friend was supposed to get the filet mignon and they brought her a 16 oz New York strip Very unexpected I ain't do nothing about it and then When they serve the appetizer for the table for table 6 when it came to myself and my friend there's on One piece left We asked for more for the table when we have the server and they wouldn't give us any three of us and having nothing There's no control the two women where everything misplaced took so much to eat that we had nothing left Just not fair I had to take paratran Transit to get there how to use my scooter to go all the way to the other side because my scooter does not go upstairs Not so consumer friendly I'm trying to tell people that that place is overrated and go to other places like Fleming's or Ruth's Chris they both have the file that melts in your mouth And give you what you order Sorry I'm using a microphone to post this but I think it's important that people know

    I just wanted to throw a little shout out to the team at Mastro’s City Hall. My wife and I chose to have our Sunday dinner date here. Your team did not disappoint!! You guys are amazing! Your attention to details, your kindness, friendliness and professionalism made mine and my wife’s dining experience one for the memory books! Your front desk hostesses were so helpful and made us feel welcomed. Rudy, Alana, Jacob, Ryan, and Arizona are the absolute best!! The food was amazing! Cooked perfectly and tasted phenomenal! We will always choose Mastros City Hall for our go to place! Thank you!!

    My sister and I had reservations for the bar at 8:00 and around 8:10 we were taken to a table directly in front of the DJ that seats six people. Not only was it extremely loud, but it didn’t make sense for just the two of us. The alternative table offered was basically inside the DJ booth area. It honestly felt like the restaurant was overcrowded, with tables packed very close together and music so loud it was difficult to have a conversation. Standing there awkwardly while the hostess tried to figure out seating through her earpiece was also uncomfortable. Once seated, it took about 10 minutes just to get water. Our drinks arrived quickly, but my Cosmopolitan with dry ice, which I’ve ordered here before and loved, was overly sweet this time (basically pure sugar), and the waitress didn’t offer to have it remade. My filet was cooked perfectly though and my sister enjoyed her sea bass, but my garlic truffle cauliflower was inedible. It was stale, lemony, and surprisingly spicy even though the menu doesn’t mention spice. I asked to switch it to sautéed spinach, but it took so long to get it that I finished my steak before it arrived. When it finally came, I politely declined since I had already finished eating, but it was still served onto my plate anyway. Overall this visit just didn’t live up to the experience or price point. I’ve had better visits here before and hope this was just an off night.
