We had an incredible experience with perfectly cooked food, excellent service from Christopher and an attentive staff that allowed our party to enjoy a 4 plus hour dinner. Thank you for your attentiveness to our food allergies, great suggestions and a phenomenal night out!

We got take out and it was so good. I don’t think I’ve ever had a takeout steak arrive perfectly cooked. We also got two salads. They were huge and we could have split one. The Mambo Caesar was better than the wedge. The butter cake was to die for. Highly recommend getting it. Best restaurant dessert I’ve had in years.

If you are looking for a dining experience where you are treated like a VIP from the moment you sit down, this establishment sets a high bar. However, while the hospitality is world-class, the kitchen’s execution fluctuates between brilliance and mediocrity. The service here is truly outstanding. The staff is incredibly attentive without being overbearing. Our server provided a detailed, passionate description of the menu that made every dish sound like a masterpiece. The "white-glove" touches really elevate the evening, receiving warm towels immediately after the seafood course was a refined touch. The presence of a bathroom attendant ensures the high-end feel extends to every corner of the restaurant. The meal started on a high note with a seafood tower that was executed to perfection. The accompanying tartar, cocktail, and horseradish sauces were all balanced and bright—clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Bone-in Ribeye: This was the star of the meat courses. The flavor was spot-on and lived up to the steakhouse expectation. Petite Steak: Unfortunately, this was a bit of a letdown. It was "fine," but ultimately underwhelming for a restaurant of this caliber. The Sides & Dessert: The vegetable sides were the surprise winners; both the asparagus and mushrooms were expertly prepared. Conversely, the starchy sides, the scalloped potatoes and creamed corn, were disappointing, arriving underseasoned and lacking depth. We ended on a high note, however, with the buttercake. It was simply outstanding and a mandatory order for anyone with a sweet tooth. The Verdict This is a great destination if you prioritize amazing table service and a polished atmosphere. However, if your primary goal is the perfect steak, you may find a better "bang for your buck" elsewhere in town. You are paying a premium here for the experience and the seafood rather than the consistency of the grill.

Sadly, the days are gone when going to a nice restaurant and paying outrageous prices was expected but somehow seemed worth it. Two Old Fashioned drinks with Woodford Reserve cost $50. Steaks on an empty plate start at $70-90. I could go on about how inflation has killed the joy of going out to eat, so instead I will tell you about the good and the bad of my experience. We were a group of 10 and service for most part of it was great, until the latter half of dinner when our waiter seemed to have disappeared for quite a while. Music was loud in the bar area and I expected it to be a little quieter on the dining side but no, same music and loudness. Disappointing at this price point to have to raise your voice at the table to be heard. First to arrive to the table were two seafood towers which was the best part of the night. A variety of west and east coast oysters, crab legs, lobster claws, shrimp, caviar... it was impressive, delicious, and filling. We ordered a variety of items off of the menu and shared tastes so I can give my opinion on a few. The Loster bisque was generous an full of creamy flavor, the chopped salad was small, wet and lacked flavor from the dressing. The bread service is worth the $5. The mac and cheese with lobster tasted fishy and not like there was lobster in it...it was gross and not worth it. The steaks were all cooked to perfection, as they should be, and the bone marrow butter was super delicious. The stuffed pork chop was tender and had a great smoky taste - if they offer to top it with slab of broiled pork belly (thick bacon) definitely do it. The fish dinners were small and left somthing to be desired. Most all of the side dishes are shareable size so keep that in mind, the best might be the mushrooms. The butter cake that everyone boasted about was incredibly regular. Sorry. Concluding, our group had a great time because we are a fun group, but I can't justify the prices for the experience.

My sister in law was so impressed with Maestros on her recent visit, that she gifted my husband with a $250 gift card for us to check it out. The atmosphere was very nice; and the server, Daniel, was exceptional. The food was just okay. I expected so much more. The cauliflower was dry and tasteless, the steak was good but not exceptional, the creamed spinach was good but nothing special. The salad was tasty. Daniel brought me a cake to celebrate my bithday which was a nice touch that we shared. My sea bass was cooked to perfection and was a very large portion, but it lacked salt. It came with 2 shrimp, which i do not remember adding on, for an additional $22.00. My husband and I ate the exact same things with the exception of the sea bass ( I tried a bite of his steak) and he did not get sick. I had not eaten anything all day. I got violently sick from the sea bass, it started on the drive home. I had a horrible stomach ache. I was up ALL night with stomach cramps, accompanied by diarrhea. I know for a fact that it was the sea bass that I had eaten. What a very disappointing end to an otherwise wonderful birthday. A Maestro's unHappy Bithday to me. A memorable dining experience for all the wrong reasons. Thanks. I would not recommend Maestros. It's a once and done based on my experience.
