I’ve been a regular customer of Jimmy John’s because I usually enjoy their sandwiches and fast service — but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. I called to address a simple issue with our order: all four of our sandwiches had noticeably skimpy portions of turkey, to the point where there was more bread than filling.
Instead of helping, the staff member I spoke with was extremely rude and kept hanging up on me — multiple times. I wasn’t yelling or being disrespectful, just trying to explain the problem, but they refused to listen or offer any solution. It’s shocking and frustrating to be treated like that as a paying customer.
I hope management addresses both the portion issues and the customer service. No one should be treated that way when they’re just trying to resolve a legitimate concern.

I did not like this place at all. Save your money and go to Popeyes . P.S. don’t order the horseradish sauce it ruins the meal.

brianna is an amazing assistant manager and there couldn’t have been a better replacement for jenn. she’s doing great! love this location!
