  Had a terrible experience today. Manager need to train the employees to say thank you and not be so rude. Of they don’t like their job. Get another one. Will not be back

  Hard bun again on the bottom - the guy says they forgot my order because I took the receipt what ? The guy gave me the receipt duh Then after I waited 10 minutes, they handed me the sub and just don’t even say thank you when the guy took my money. He didn’t say thank you very rude.

  Lazily made sandwich, no cheese, barely any meat. And they said I had the nerve to come in an hour before closing….???

  Literally the longest I’ve ever waited for fast food. Every employee was working on a catering order. Waited 15 minutes for one sandwich.

  I’ve been a regular customer of Jimmy John’s because I usually enjoy their sandwiches and fast service — but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. I called to address a simple issue with our order: all four of our sandwiches had noticeably skimpy portions of turkey, to the point where there was more bread than filling. Instead of helping, the staff member I spoke with was extremely rude and kept hanging up on me — multiple times. I wasn’t yelling or being disrespectful, just trying to explain the problem, but they refused to listen or offer any solution. It’s shocking and frustrating to be treated like that as a paying customer. I hope management addresses both the portion issues and the customer service. No one should be treated that way when they’re just trying to resolve a legitimate concern.
