The rice paper was tough and the meat was cold and tasted bland. I was excited to try pho for the first time and was let down at the lack of flavor once again. Great for the portion sizes, actually a huge amount but really a miss on the flavor. I had Rice Paper on Shea weeks earlier and can clearly see I was spoiled by them and their great flavors there. I wanted to like Hello Vietnam but aside from the kind server lady and the cool robot that brings the food around I wasn't impressed. I would not choose to eat here again.
