The current GM Or market leadership clearly is not paying enough attention to this place and to all of the justified complaints. They are always extremely slow and understaffed, they are regularly missing items in the orders, And this location is almost always out of almost half the bagels you guys offer, and out of other things as well. For what I would consider a more prime location and for as busy as it is, this place needs more attention and needs to execute way better.

Once our drinks finally came, one of us didn’t drink cause we witnessed the lady NOT wash her hands before making the drink and used her glove and arm to remove the excess whip cream from the top of the drink.
