My mom wanted a medium roast coffee, which was empty. The employee just said, "yeah we close in an hour so we are not making more". We paid for it, and she just didn't want to make a fresh batch. My chai tea latte tasted so off, and she said "yeah that's what it tastes like, it's not good". Her attitude was horrible. The avocado toast was pathetic. This place needs a major overhaul, or just shut down and save us money.

I did an online order because I had points for a free breakfast sandwich I added everything to the cart but before I could check out I had to put my phone down for a couple minutes and when I went back in to pay my cart was empty and the reward was marked as claimed although I did not really claim it and it took all my points so I could not use it on my order. I still ordered because I really wanted to try their new pretzel bagel with the cheese. My boyfriend picked up the order and when we opened the pretzel box there was no cheese, which is the main thing I wanted. My breakfast sandwich tasted like the egg wasn't cooked all the way and it was an overall disappointment.
