When I got to the window my coffee was very light and had too much cream for me to be able to drink. I politely asked for less cream, even suggesting to dump some off the top and just add some more coffee to even it out. The female employee with red hair at the drive through register rudely told me next time I need to ask for “light cream” if I want the coffee to be made this way. I again, very politely, told them that I asked for a splash of cream but she insisted that it was my error and I need to say light cream next time. Very strange hill to die on (light versus splash of cream seems like the same thing to me) but the whole interaction was unpleasant and unnecessary. I’m sure the person who took my order just entered it wrong by mistake, no big deal, but being rude is never a good way to handle situations like these. I appreciated that they remade my coffee, but I didn’t appreciate the attitude and issues that came with it. For 6+ dollars I am going to make sure my coffee is drinkable before I leave, I don’t think that is unreasonable. Would not go to this location over the many others in the area.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
