The food is good and the ordering via the Great Wolf App was simple, but the service was fantastic. On our second day eating there, our 19 month old fell out of her chair and bonked her head. Scarlett noticed us consoling our daughter and without hesitation brought her a donut, which helped her smile immediately. It completely caught us off guard. We weren’t expecting the kindness she showed and it helped reinforce that the customer experience does matter at Great Wolf. As icing on the cake(donut?), the next day we showed up to order again and she remembered our daughter and asked us how she was doing. We very much appreciated her efforts and making us feel like we weren’t just another customer. 5/5 experience. Customer service matters and Scarlet definitely embodied that. Thank you Scarlet!!!!

- DVDarin VanOct 24, 20251.0Technology Over People: A Frustrating Dunkin’ Experience They have an automated ordering kiosk that was not working right but the two employees standing there doing nothing still would not help me place an order so I walked away and decided to fire all Dunkin Donuts. If your technology is more important to you than your customers, good luck to ya!
- AKAlyssa KSep 19, 20252.0My reason for the review is to just say to spend the extra $10 and go to the hotels breakfast instead! Customer service from one of the workers was good but that's about it. They were out of half the food. They asked what substitutions were okay, told them, and then they forgot to make our order. Waited 40 minutes for hash browns, bacon, and a wake up wrap (the substitution for a bagel).
