If your technology is more important to you than your customers, good luck to ya!

Customer service from one of the workers was good but that's about it. They were out of half the food. They asked what substitutions were okay, told them, and then they forgot to make our order. Waited 40 minutes for hash browns, bacon, and a wake up wrap (the substitution for a bagel).

The ladies behind thr counter were friendly and did help people with donut selectio s after the order was placed. There are doing a good job and working hard but the setup is not consumer friendly.

The one I used was painfully slow and glitchy, repeatedly adding items I didn’t want. I had to restart parts of my order multiple times. After finally placing my order, my items came out separately over the course of 20 minutes—first the coffee, then the donuts, then the sandwich—because the kitchen operates like three disconnected stations. The staff seemed hardworking but totally disengaged from customers, just placing items on the counter without a word. It felt cold and impersonal, like I was invisible. To top it off, my daughter had a birthday wristband for a free donut, but no one would talk to us or tell us how to redeem it. We left feeling frustrated and ignored.
