The customer service is outstanding, and you can truly feel how much they care about their customers and the community.

If anyone is looking for good quality donuts with adequate variety that can actually fulfill their orders, visit Bosa Donuts or Krispy Creme.
- JRJon RichmondNov 15, 20251.0Well now it makes sense why I go to Starbucks. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had a drive thru and for literally no reason at all. Sunny and 75 on a nice November morning. Drove up to window to be greeted with: “what do you want?” (It’s not busy at all by the way) “Good morning, can I get a medium coffee please?” “Hot?” “Yes” “Next window.” Pull up, scans phone for payment, no words. I smile, no idea what someone is going through/keep it light hearted, and then they ask me if I want to donate to some charity, I simply say no thank you. She hands coffee and shuts the window. Not another word. Slammed the window and turns her back. Absolutely horrendous service. Terrible representative of Dunkin brand (or any brand for that matter). I couldn’t really care less in hindsight, but felt compelled to review what trash attitudes these workers have at this location. Go to another coffee shop, many MUCH better options nearby!
