On one arrival dude was on his phone when I walked in (no other customers) and only after me standing there for a few moments did he start gathering my simple order. Just have it done and THEN goof off on your phone and no one would care.

Bagels were toasted to perfection with just the right amount of cream cheese. Coffee was hot and flavored just right! Thanks, Dunkin for getting my day started right!
- JEJudy EpsteinDec 15, 20251.0I was there at 11:35 today , I placed my Mobil order , I drive up to the menu board and one guy goes are you going to use your mobile app and I said order for Judy , this other person gets on and said we have been closed for 2 hours , I said I paid and he said try to cancel it , which I could not , mean while there is a car at the window and they are giving the person a drink , and then I go around the building and there is a person at the window , nothing in the door said closed nothing on the order board says anything. I’m a very very good customer there . I’m ordering 3-5 times a week . There never is enough help , they always say there is only 2 of us , thank you for being patient . Yesterday I was there and it took about 12-15 minutes till I got my drink , and it happens alot . I will never go back there again . Who ever owns this franchise should be ashamed of themselves and needs to learn how to run this Dunkin donut, The one on Shea in Scottsdale is run 10 times better than this one .

After I waited a while I rang the bell (I guess this Dunkin operates like a hotel check in?) and heard some one call out from the back “just a moment” or along those lines… waited for a while longer… rang the bell again but this time to no answer… waited just a little longer then left empty handed. There were people in the back working the window etc. but I guess no one wants to work the front or clean it.
