- RNRich NovOct 2, 20255.0Took my girls for a staycation at Great Wolf Lodge down the street. After playing at the waterslides, we were all really hungry and in the mood for pizza. The pizza at Great Wall Lodge did not look the best and is pretty pricey. Ordered online for carry out. Couldn’t have been more than 15 minutes from the time I placed the order till the time I picked it up. This location is on point with friendliness, cleanliness, and speed of service. I really wished the Domino’s by my house was as good as this one. Definitely know what we will be getting for dinner every time we’re at Great Wolf Lodge for a staycation.

Though, to be fair, I haven’t been to this location before. If this is how they run things around this store, I’m pretty disappointed. As someone who works in customer service it is the #1 rule that you do your best to be kind and keep things lighthearted in the workplace. I understand having a hard or stressful day and needing to vent that out, but cursing and slamming stuff around in front of a customer is NOT okay. It seemed that his coworker (who handed me my food and was incredibly helpful despite his raging coworker) was also uncomfortable and didn’t know how to react, but he handled it incredibly well. I’m not sure on the names of either of them but I came in at around 10:20pm if that helps with any further actions taken. If I was stuck working with someone like that, I would quit. I felt incredibly unsafe and scared hearing this grown man slam things and curse about how busy it was. If you’re having a hard day and you’re getting so frustrated to the point of slamming things and throwing around foul language, go to the back and take a second. Don’t take it out on the people around you that are there to help. Let alone do that around a customer. Shame on you.
