    I wanted to pay with cash and the cashier told me their change drawer doesn't work. My total was $20.03. So instead of manually giving me change or asking a manager, she just looked at me like she had no idea what to do. I asked if I could just pay $20, even. She still just stood there silent. I ended up paying $21 because I'm not holding up the lunch line for 97 cents. But ya'll need to figure things out.

    Sad, this place used to be our go-to place for fast, fresh, tasty meals. The quesadilla maker has been broken for 3 months now, and the chips are either stale or stale and taste store-bought. Everything seems to be a day old. What happened? What changed? Management? No Management? New Owners? Why the decline over the last year? I hope the new year brings a new resolution to this once great spot for a quick, delicious bite.

    Bad attitude from First Lady at the rice. Completely not helpful at all. Could not make a large quesadilla. Her attitude was so nasty. My only option was to get online and order it so the person in back could make it.. Then the lady in back came out with an attitude after the lady in the front went to talk to her… WOW!

    I love Chipolte but I do wish the staff including cooks, would pay attention to what they are dishing out. Huge chunks of fat in my pork carnitas happens way too frequently.
