  Horrible service. Had to wait for my order to be made after I ordered online. 1 hr wait to be made. And no urgency from team. They made food for people that walked in and orders after mine. Crew members didnt change gloves after handling trash. I had to tell them they need to wash their hands and put clean gloves on before making food. Team lead did not care. Never going back to this location.

  I eat chipotle every week. This is the worst location I’ve been to. My chicken and rice was super dry and the place was unkempt.

  Last time I will pick up an order from here. Waited over 10 min for an online order because there was one person doing in person orders and online orders. The person at the register didn’t do anything. Idk if she can’t handle food but there shouldn’t be someone working at a register if they can’t help make orders. After 10 minutes of waiting finally somebody else came to the food line and started helping in person orders while mine was still not being made. It shouldn’t take over 15, 20 minutes to get an order.

  FOOD POISONING BEWARE I ordered a carnitas burrito with white rice, pinto beans, lettuce, sour cream, and cheese. Shortly after eating, I began to feel a stomach ache. Within 45 minutes to an hour, I experienced nausea, and despite my stomach still hurting, I ended up vomiting the food. The front-of-house food preparation area was in poor condition and clearly showed multiple health violations. The food holding area was unclean, and the grill appeared to have not been cleaned for several hours. People this place is NASTY. With over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry as a worker, manager, and owner, I was shocked to see such a lack of cleanliness in a well-known establishment. It's clear to me why I became ill. The Health Department will be shutting you down very soon. Doesn’t your company uphold any standards? Why would your management permit such conditions to persist? Stay away from Chipotle they are nothing but garbage.

  I've been to this Chipotle location dozens of times. Yes, the Chipotle at 2805 N Scottsdale Road. I even achieved a streak of near 30 days of going here. Usually, I get a little lucky and don't have too many issues, but my latest and final visit was the last straw. After waiting a good 10 minutes in line, the guy taking orders started to make my bowl. The rice scoops were decently sized, and the beans were appropriately portioned too, but I'm not joking when I say that he tried to pour the chicken pieces at the bottom of the barrel into my bowl and MISSED, dumping most of the remaining chicken onto the counter. He then had the audacity to try to argue I had received a full portion when there was literally only 3-4 tiny bits of chicken in the bowl. After I insisted I wanted an extra portion, which would likely have been only one standard portion for the price of two, I was told by three different workers I would have to wait 8 minutes for more chicken. As someone who works in the food industry and who doesn't mind waiting in line for food, I calmly told them I would wait for the next batch. I proceeded to silently sit in the lobby for 15 minutes before getting verbally and physically harassed by other customers in the line. I walked out. Even for people who aren't afraid of speaking up for themselves and asking for what they want in a fast-casual restaurant, this location does NOT offer a service worth paying for. I've seen other reviews that talked about how the restaurant was dirty with trash everywhere, but in my experiences it has been moderately clean. And I have interacted with a few really great individuals who work here and deserve recognition, but I cannot say this for any of the other workers. Please consider giving your money to people that actually care about you instead of a hollow, corporate entity like Chipotle. Clearly, the managers wouldn't be so sorry if they never saw you again.
