Barely got half a bowl of food, and then when asked to refund just my half of the order due to the situation (they were able to give full portions for the second bowl in the order), they want to make you jump through all these hoops. Will not be returning to this Chipotle due to poor quality and integrity. Added an additional photo bc after our convo, the best they can do is a “BOGO”. Do better Chipotle. Cheat people out of meals, but want people to come back? Not this time.

Might as well just order a burrito with only sour cream and queso because that’s all you will taste.
