  I have a negative experience today at this location. The food was excellent, but the service from two of the employees was very unpleasant. From the beginning, they attended us with bad attitude and no friendliness at all. Additionally, when one of them finished preparing one of our bowls, she dropped it abruptly in front of the cashier, which made us feel uncomfortable and disrespectful as customers, this was today January 7 of 2026 at the 11015 N Scottsdale Rd around 2:40 pm, thank you for your attention

  This was the most disappointing experience I have had at a Chipotle. I ordered a salad bowl and clearly told the person at the salad station that I wanted the standard items that normally come with it. I did not ask for queso. However, he said he added queso and instructed the cashier to charge me extra. I explained to the cashier, a female worker, that I did not order queso, but I was told it was only two dollars extra. The issue is not the cost. It is being charged for something I did not order. I was eventually refunded, but the interaction was uncomfortable. Staff were rude (2 individuals) and made abrupt comments within earshot, which felt unprofessional. This happened on 12/28 2025 at 1:05 pm. I have been a loyal customer for a long time, which made this experience especially disappointing.

  I usually don’t leave reviews, but I wanted to share this experience so it can hopefully be improved in the future. We placed a normal order, but were charged for queso that we neither ordered nor received. When we asked about it, the server insisted it had been included, even though it wasn’t in our food. To avoid further conflict, we paid and checked our food again, but the item was still not there. We went back just to double check in case we missed it, but both the cashier and the server responded very rudely while issuing a refund. What made the situation more uncomfortable was that while we waited for other family members to order, the staff spoke negatively and loudly about our comments regarding the mistake. The way the situation was handled felt unprofessional and unnecessary

  I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this location was a disappointment. The staff seemed more interested in chatting and hanging out with each other than actually helping customers. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, but my online order was still late, which ended up making me rush to my doctor’s appointment. On top of that, the place smelled awful — almost like a sewer — which really ruined my appetite. Definitely not the level of cleanliness or service I’d expect from Chipotle.

  I went to this Chipotle on November 20th at 8:30pm and it was amazing- The staff are kind, food is great, and wonderful service overall. They give good portions and keep the restaurant clean too. Great job to the staff while I was there and I would 100% recommend this Chipotle.
