I ordered a takeout chicken bowl and asked for a tortilla on the side. They didn’t bother to put it in my bag. I only realized after driving FIVE miles home. Completely unacceptable. How hard is it to double-check an order? This place clearly doesn’t care about customers or basic service.

- XRXavier RiveraOct 22, 20253.0Had dinner in the store with 4 family members, and upon ordering I asked for the manager to see if the store honored their vets and to my surprise she quickly replied no, rather rudely, however I assumed it was because they had a line forming. I did notice the work area was messier and more disorganized than usual. To be honest this was one on the worst Chipotle experiences I ever had, the men's restroom was out of soap, and seemed as it had been awhile since it had been attended to. The taste of my tortilla seemed stale and the much anticipated carne asada not worth it. I must admit, Chipotle as a whole has gone downhill in service overall, employees are seldom friendly, and perhaps because they don't appreciate or enjoy their jobs very much. The difference between the service received in an In & Out, Raising Cane's, or Chick-fil-A far exceeds the service at most Chipotles as of the past two years, especially this particular one.
