- SSSara SummersNov 16, 20251.0I havent had chipotle very often due to the high cost. However, I was gifted a $30 gift card. The first order I got a chicken burrito bowl, chips and guac. The guacamole was super sour, way too much lime juice used and I bit into that hard end of the avocado where it used to hang from the tree that must have fell in while making it. Nice to know actual avocado was used but not great to bite into. When eating the bow I bit into several tendon or burnt pieces in the chicken. The next time I went I got the carne asada burrito bowl, chips and queso, hoping the steak would be better however nearly every bite of steak had fatty pieces I had to pull out of my mouth. I even found a piece that had a big slab of fat connecting two pieces. They also forgot my tortilla so I had to eat it like a salad. The queso was pretty good. These two orders used up my entire gift card and I even had to pay an addition $4 on the second order. They dont take any time to care about cutting the meat and what we are eating.

They barely give you any meat (LITERALLY 5 pieces of chicken!), and you'll constantly get other ingredients in your food due to the staff's sloppiness. Don't order online either, your food will be stone cold even if you watched them make it. Nasty!
