- SSSaher SulemanNov 16, 20251.0I had the same experience that a lot of other customers shared in the reviews regarding very low quantity on a large order of fries and dismissive rude attitude when I brought this up. This was definitely not the case in the past! The box doesn’t even have a single layer of fries for a large order.

There is no acknowledgement to anyone in line if they’re busy. The thing that I’ve noticed on multiple occasions is a person who handles food, then he goes into the back room and comes out with a box and drops it onto the floor. Every time that I’ve seen this he never removes or replaces his gloves. So, he is preparing food, grabs a dirty box of frozen food from the back, places it when it needs to be and then continues to prep more food, again all without removing or replacing his gloves. That is beyond unsanitary and I’ve stopped going there because of it.
