  On multiple occasions, I have requested to speak with the General Manager regarding issues with my service experience. Each time, I have been told that the General Manager is not available or is never on site. This has made it difficult to address concerns, resolve problems, I will never be coming back.

  Awful! My 17 year old went to get dinner here last night and not only was the staff incredibly rude to her, she got really sick about 2 hours after eating. She is still not feeling well this morning. We will not be back! For context, my daughter also works in the food service industry and she is very considerate of other workers. It's a hard job and people can be mean. There is absolutely no reason to treat customers with disdain or judgement without cause.

  I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. Food is always delicious (I usually get the garlicky chicken shawarma bowl). Line can be long at lunchtime but I order online to skip the wait. I’m so glad this place is in my neighborhood!

  Whomever is assigned the closing shift for Ubereats orders deliberately messes up orders. Every now and then I have a late shift and order Cava for 2. Twice, I have ordered around 8:30 pm and each time I have received watered down sauces, 75% less of the permitted serving size for rice, veggies, and there are always missing items. I ordered double pita chips for both bowls and received none. The free pita I opted for wasn’t included either. I’m paying full price and receiving bowls that are half full. I don’t know what the culture is or if management condones the behavior but that is pretty much stealing. If orders that come in an hour before closing cannot be fulfilled DENY IT OR CHANGE THE TIME CUSTOMERS CAN SUBMIT ORDERS.

  Ordered the Spicy Lamb + Avocado bowl ($18). The menu photo shows a full, well-balanced bowl. What I received was closer to half a portion. It tasted good, but the serving size did not match the price or the expectation set by the menu. Pickup experience was lacking as well. My friend said they simply handed him the bowl. No bag, no napkins, no silverware, no “thank you.” He had to grab utensils himself. Flavor was solid, but overall disappointing. For $18, portion consistency and basic customer service should be better. I will try it again due to flavor. Hopefully it will be a much more positive report. 🙏
