I didn’t even ask for them to do this so I was very appreciative as my son was very upset. After I give Alina our address she then states I can’t deliver that far. My address is only 6 miles away. She then began to argue with me. I got a $7 credit from door dash and no solution resolved by the store. Didn’t even offer a free ice cream to make up for their mistake. Terrible service. Will never go to this location again.

When I picked it up, they had all sort of excuses, and only discounted the charge for the toppers? These weren't even the toppers from the picture from the cake online. The lady whom I assumed was the owner, said they should've said this when I ordered it. ( I'm fairly certain from the ascent it was her who I ordered it from.) On the day of the party what is a parent to do? Race around to find another cake or leave with this? I was EXTREMELY disappointed on how she only cared about the next customers in line and didn't make more of an effort. Only spent a small fortune at Party City on colors to match the cake I thought I was getting. If you want to stress out more than you need to trying to make your child's party memorable and perfect give them a shot. I on the other hand will never choose this location again.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
