  I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle. From the moment I walked in, I didn’t feel welcome at all. The atmosphere felt off, and it only got worse when I started ordering my food. The employee serving me was giving me noticeably smaller portions of everything, which immediately stood out. What made the situation even more upsetting was seeing how differently other customers were treated. White customers were being given much more generous portions, while people of other backgrounds, including myself, were not treated the same. The difference was very noticeable and left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. No one should feel singled out or treated unfairly when simply trying to order a meal. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location again.

  Just had another highly disappointing trip to the local Chipotle in my neighborhood. I like the 3 hard shell tacos with carnitas, pico, sour cream, and cheese. The preparer just threw the carnitas in the shells taking now care or interest in making a decent taco. I confronted this with frustration and she walked away and none of the other 4 people behind the counter witness to this did a thing. I received have full tacos of ingredients. For just over $10 I am curious why I am not able to get a well made taco with with a full shell? This is not a one time happening. Actually, it is consistent. Chipotle used to be great and this is so not okay! This store and all Chipotle’s seemingly should be able to make a nice taco and provide a good customer experience. It is just fast, push, and throw the tacos together. Junk.

  Ordered for pickup, and when I got home, found that they put the wrong order in the bag with my name on it. Funny thing is, even the wrong order was made wrong according to the sticker on the burrito.

  I’ve never been in & out of Chipotle so fast and/or with such great service. Lucio deserves a raise!

  This is my favorite Chipotle location... I usually order online and it's usually always pretty busy inside... never had an issue and the food is always fresh and they fill the bowl all the way over the top which is such a nice addition. Would recommend this location although might be difficult to get seating inside based on popularity.
