- ADAdam DeFabees3 days ago1.0First off I’ve never been a fan of Chipotle but, I was at the mall and hungry. I have a strict diet so I just ordered chicken with some cheese on it. Literally one little scoop of chicken and maybe an ounce at MOST of shredded cheese. Go to register, $12. Asked if that was right? Was told yes. I said can you see what I got? Like take a look at what I just got. One little scoop of chicken and a dusting of cheese. Nothing else. Well needless to say I was trying to deal with young ppl and young ppl nowadays do t care about ANYTHING. They can’t use courtesy or common sense. They’re immediately dismissive and arrogant. They have ZERO social or customer service skills at all. So I didn’t feel like being disrespected and get a scoop of half ass food for $12. So I asked for a refund. Chipotle needs to rethink their pricing. I mean I’ll never go back for any reason but, this place is expensive for 3 ounces of subpar food.

Im fine if im charged extra but to tell me I can not order something is not okay. The manger was extremely rude whispering with other employees about me. While looking at me I cant not believing how unprofessional her behavior was.
