- AGAmy GibsonMar 12, 20261.0This must be the worst Baskin-Robbins in the US. I ordered ice cream online from this store and paid in full for the order. When I arrived to pick it up at the drive through, I was told that they DID NOT carry the flavors that they sold and took payment for. They then refused to refund the money they took for products they don't sell! This issue caused me to enter the store and realize that I wouldn't dare eat anything prepared in this dump anyway. The floors were dirty, the trash overflowing, and it smelled like a decaying carcass. I reported the theft and unsanitary facilities to the corporate office and was told that I would have to work with the store directly. My stomach isn't strong enough to go back in there! They'll apparently get away with their criminal actions. I only hope I can save some others from this terrible experience.

I asked if they could make a cake for me and the one I chose was a Valentine’s Day themed cake. I asked if they could make it a little more birthday-themed instead of the original love-themed design, and they delivered perfectly. The cake was beautiful and exactly what I hoped for. I wasn’t sure how it would turn out since I ordered online, but I was honestly blown away. So incredibly happy with how it came out! Thank you to whoever made it! Highly recommend this location.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
