  I absolutely love supporting small businesses, but this place is the worst. The portions for the price are next-lexel terrible. They must've run out of potato salad because we were served the stuff that you buy at WalMart for $1.99 per pound of which I paid $6 for a very small amount. My 10-year old referred to the brisket as "cat food" I tried to give mine to my wife and she refused. Maybe it was an off-night but unfortunately we won't be back.

  A fantastic hole in the wall. A true gem to find. Both the mac and cheese and beef ribs are quite delicious. Wish I had more time to try this place again

  Arizona BBQ Shack hit me right in the memory. That fried catfish took me straight back to Georgia and tasted so much like my daddy’s that it stopped me in my tracks for a minute. Crispy where it ought to be, tender where it counts, and seasoned like somebody in that kitchen actually knows what they’re doing instead of just pretending. And the potato salad? Dead on. On point in every way. Creamy, flavorful, and the kind that makes you keep going back for one more bite even when you know you’re already full. I came in for lunch and made the mistake of enjoying it a little too much, because now I’m sitting here wondering whether I’m going back to work or just giving in and ordering more. I love this place.

  We showed up late in the evening and they notified us they were out of brisket, beef ribs an a few other items. The vibe of the restaurant was good enough, we still wanted to stay and try the food.... Well, we found out why it was sold out.... It was delicious! The baby back rubs were tender and juicy. The house sauces were flavorful. I'm curious to taste the brisket now. We would return here when in Scottsdale again.
