Every time I come in here everyone has a great attitude. Came in today and Jordan was just super nice and respectful. I drive extra far to this location because of the attitude of the employees here.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been though dude said “we don’t have protein” and I said that’s okay and started ordering and he told me “actually we aren’t taking orders” and we had to wait in line for everyone else. Never coming back and extremely frustrating and then when we got to the window the employee laughed. Just to sit there and never get food. This location needs better employees the dude working window tonight needs to be fired and that comes from someone who eats here all the time

I ordered 2 bean burritos and 2 soft tacos for lunch for me and my husband. My soft tacos were bigger than my burritos. They charged $3 for each burrito for them to be a little bit bigger than a taquito. It was only maybe a little over an inch wide. Barely anything in the burrito it was mostly tortilla. I’ve never seen such a small burrito from them and definitely not worth the price. For what I got they should have charged only an $1. This is honestly so sad.

I placed an online order for $78 and several items were missing when we got home.
When I called the store, the only solution offered was to drive back for a remake. That was not realistic given the distance and the size of the order. By the time we returned, the rest of the food would be more cold than it already was.
I asked about a refund or partial credit for the missing items and was told that was not an option. Instead, I was told we could come back tomorrow to get the missing food, which does not make sense for a mistake that happened today.
This was a frustrating experience, especially after spending nearly $80.

Close this one down or fire the manager. It's so disorganized, have like 12 people in the back and a full lobby. Continuing to hand out orders to the wrong people trying to blame it on people being dishonest no ma'am your lobby is a mess and you're backed up. Ruining everyone's orders
