  Guess they got rid of their "freaky fast" motto because I walked in, no one in line, ordered right away and yet had to wait 9 minutes to get my sandwich with no apology or explanation.

  Well, when you pay for a sandwich, you hope to get exactly what you ordered. Apparently, it's hard to follow a receipt, a display, or directions. I ordered a turkey with CHEESE, ONIONS, lettuce and peppers. What I didnt get was cheese or onions, but, they added tomatoes, something I can't eat. Thanks for the $13.90 of a sandwich that I didn't want. Thanks for reaffirming why I dont like eating there.
