My family and I just picked up our food from the taco spot. We ordered carne asada fries, a quesadilla and a protein bowl. We paid about $50 for all of it. I am in disbelief at the portion sizes for the amount of money we just paid for this food. They are TINY. If you’re going to give this size portion that’s fine, but it’s unbelievable how much you’re charging for such little food. We will not be going visiting again.

The atmosphere is great.. very colorful and clean! The portions are very very small. The price wouldn’t be bad if the portions were bigger but the sides to the meal are in cups no bigger than samples from Costco and the tacos had more diced tomatoes than meat. Very disappointing to say the least. I would not recommend this place to anyone / family that is looking for anything other than a quick snack to hold them over.

We were pleasantly surprised when we tried the Taco Spot for the first time. The asada and “surf & turf” tacos are really good! Birria taco was decent, $2 street tacos (Tuesdays) are too small. I recommend the regular sized tacos. We also tried the sausage breakfast burrito and sausage breakfast bowl and liked those as well. Good portions, everything is made fresh to order, the online ordering was easy.

!!AVOID!! We drove by this taco spot yesterday and decided to give it a try today. Big mistake. We ordered from the kiosk: • Menu #6 – two street tacos and fries • Kids menu #6 – one street taco and fries Total was $22, about $25 after tip. For that price, we expected at least warm, decent food. It took 30 minutes to get our order, and when it finally came out the tacos were cold and bland with very little flavor. After waiting that long, I asked why it took 30 minutes. The employee said, “Oh, lots of people are ordering our $1 street taco special.” I asked what special she was talking about since it’s not posted anywhere. She laughed and said, “I don’t know, sorry.” No apology for the wait, no explanation, nothing. As we walked out, we could clearly see her laughing with another employee about it through the window. What should have been a simple taco order ended up costing us $25 and a half-hour wait for cold food and poor customer service. Whatever savings others were getting on a special clearly came at the expense of paying customers like us. We won’t be back, and we’ll definitely be letting others know how customers are treated here. Very disappointed. BtW, please don't waste your time replying with the same comments asking me to come back. It will take some time but it will close down soon.

We ordered delivery and paid $13 extra for it. When our birria tacos arrived, the consommé that comes with them was missing. I called to confirm whether the birria tacos normally include consommé (they do). The first employee I spoke with was polite and said she’d see what she could do. When another employee took over the call, I was told there would be no refund because it was “only $2.” I wasn’t asking for a refund on the sauce — I was giving the restaurant an opportunity to make it right, especially since I now had to drive to the restaurant myself after already paying for delivery. In the end, we paid for two additional birria tacos and I picked everything up in person. This meant spending extra time and gas, while my wife and daughter waited to eat and the food got cold. When I arrived, the first employee again tried to help. The second employee was short and dismissive, offered a quick apology when handing me the bag, and made it very clear she just wanted the interaction over with. Mistakes happen — but customer service is about how you handle them. A simple gesture or a little ownership would have gone a long way here. I would be more than happy to try this place again, but one person and the. Decisions made can ruin the whole experience
