My wife and I could not get there until 8:30pm. You are opened until 10pm, so this should not be a problem. I shop almost exclusively at your store since you opened. This is the first time us getting there at this time. We had a FULL shopping trip planned, not just a few items. Our basket was FULLY LOADED. We had over $400 worth of groceries in our cart…AND HAD TO DO THE SELF CHECKOUT WITH ALL THESE ITEMS!!! You couldn’t leave ONE register open!? OR, you couldn’t instruct your staff that if someone DOES have a full cart, open a register for them. I saw several of your people just hanging around the service desk while my wife and I are struggling with self checking out a FULL CART!!! My receipt was LITERALLY over 4’ long! BAD management decisions! Needless to say I was MORE than agitated!! Aside from this, I love shopping there, we use your app and all the digital coupons, etc. I would typically give you 5 stars but ONE STAR tonight for this “brilliant” closed registers idea!
