    We get our coffee from here everyday. 🤌The usual!šŸ˜‰ We appreciate everyone there and almost everyone has our drinks memorized. Love seeing their faces every morning! Kat and Nate are absolutely awesome and welcome us like good friends. As does everyone else. "Large cold brew, oat milk, extra shot and hazel nut, small one the same way but with soft top!" šŸ˜‰šŸ„¤ā˜•ļø See you guys tomorrow! šŸ’™šŸ¤šŸ’›

    This is my usual location I go to but lately they’ve been slacking on a lot. I go during hours they aren’t as busy so I expect my orders to be correct, my lids to be on securely and not to have liquid all over my cups. Today was the last straw. An employee sat and talked to another customer in front of me while waiting in the drive thru. The obviously knew one another. But when the drive thru window became free, they kept talking for what felt like 10 minutes. By the time I got frustrated, I noticed they had now created a long line because they wouldn’t keep it moving. When she got up to the window, the customer then complained about a drink and had them remake it! So we had to wait another 5-7 minutes!!! Meanwhile, when it was my turn I saw all the drinks lined up and prepared for the customers behind me. They usually are good about passing drinks out that are ready and have us go around whoever is in the drive thru but today they failed to do so. Which shocked me knowing they had 3 employees outside on a Tuesday afternoon and 2 inside. I’m sure some were training but that is such an easy simply task. If I hadn’t paid already, I would have left. Not to mention my lid fell off and spilled half my drink in my car. I’m beyond livid. This location specifically has done wrong to me too many times and I’m over it. I pass 2 other locations most days. I won’t be coming back. I get these are young employees but they need more guidance obviously. This doesn’t look good on the manager or owner. Good luck.

    Ordered a couple of hot chocolates. They wouldn’t take cash. Also the hot chocolates we ordered were not hot

    You guys NEED to be more efficient at your walk up window. There is no point in having a mobile walk-up line if you don't know how to efficiently run both lines. In between orders they should be handing out drinks to the people who have mobile orders. Call out people's names like Starbucks does. You guys just completely act like the people standing around don't exist, they don't even make contact with us. It has gotten so bad at this location that we have completely stopped going. Went again today because of the holiday flavors and my drink got messed up and waited forever for it. There was one person in the line. I told them my name and proceeded to wait as the entire drive-thru line emptied. Then the person in front of me got their drink, but I got ignored, so I had to cut my way in front of new people that just walked up, like a jerk, and ask again for my drink. Then they realized it was ready by LOOKING to the side. THERE it was, waiting!
