- KAKelsey Anderson4 days ago3.0You guys NEED to be more efficient at your walk up window. There is no point in having a mobile walk-up line if you don't know how to efficiently run both lines. In between orders they should be handing out drinks to the people who have mobile orders. Call out people's names like Starbucks does. You guys just completely act like the people standing around don't exist, they don't even make contact with us. It has gotten so bad at this location that we have completely stopped going. Went again today because of the holiday flavors and my drink got messed up and waited forever for it. There was one person in the line. I told them my name and proceeded to wait as the entire drive-thru line emptied. Then the person in front of me got their drink, but I got ignored, so I had to cut my way in front of new people that just walked up, like a jerk, and ask again for my drink. Then they realized it was ready by LOOKING to the side. THERE it was, waiting!

While sitting in line I watched three vehicles pull up and order at the window and get their orders before I moved two car lengths. Very disappointing. However, out window service was friendly and drink was great. I just hadn't planned on spending 25 plus minutes in line.

- MBMatthew BNov 2, 20251.0What is the point of doing a mobile order ahead when you have to wait forever! Watched a line of 20 cars deep go through the drive thru before getting my order. Also people that showed up long after me got their drinks before me! This isn’t the first time I have had issues when ordering ahead. Guess I will just have to go to a different coffee shop almost 30 minutes for 2 coffees is ridiculous! Won’t be back!!!!

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
