They all taste like blended water mind you I'veordered differentd drinks and they all taste the same. This 3rd time they had to remake my drink three times, the third time they blended it manually and that's how it had a little flavor. The machine they use for the freeze drinks tastes like water with tvat fridge flavor its nasty. Will not be going there again. All the other Dutch I been to have been good but this one.
- CBChristopher BurrowsDec 20, 20251.0I only use this location because it’s the closest to my house. I stop at Dutch Bros in the valley 7 to 10 times a week. Grievances: 1) No one is directing traffic to filter cars into both lanes. I’ve gone around to the outside lane and multiple times been yelled at by other cars that are stacked up on the inside Lane. Last week I even had a car in front of me started in the outside lane and cut across to the inside lane and completely block traffic. Every other Dutch Bros, trains cars and drivers to go into the open lane. 2) Drink making is slow and multiple times I’ve had to go back to get a drink remade because it was completely wrong. 3) they are not pushing drinks down into the carriers. I just had 2 hot americanos yeeted out of the carrier onto the seat of a freshly cleaned seat and car. Happy to remove this review if this location improves on the drinks and service.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
