Lady taking my order just rolled her eyes I said never mind I'll take my business elsewhere first and last time I'll ever go to that location. I do have a Dutch Brothers gift card and cash just her attitude and manner of how disrespectful and snotty she was being and I decided not to purchase anything and leave

- CICameron IshamJan 29, 20265.0Don’t get me started but I go here every night before my overnight, and when I order my drink or my snack Im greeted with such pleasing customer service by the store team. I feel welcomed and comfortable. I’d personally like to mention Alexa as she is constantly going out of her way to help me with any issues on the app, to helping me order my drink the way I want if something is missing or unavailable. As someone who used to work in customer service, Dutch bros is very professional and out going.

I always go and get lemonades and they pack it full of ice to where you're really only getting a half cup full of actual drink and on top of already being watered down within 5 minutes it's even more watered down. The service is always super slow, regardless how many cars are in line. It really sucks to pay as much as you charge for your drinks to only get five sips of a large. The lemonade tasted like stale watered down lemonade. I guess I can just save my money and make my own at home.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
