I came here the other day when they JUST OPENED in the morning. I usually order guacamole with my bowl, but somehow the guacamole was completely black despite them being opened for only 5 minutes. How is that even possible? Rice was crunchy as all hell. Chicken was somehow cold and tasted old, and not only that, but there was some kid who worked there that was passed out in the dining room with his mouth wide open, and head tilted back in the chair. I normally wouldn't even care about that, but it just added to the overall frustration I have with this location which is it's horrible food. Like that kid being passed out gave me the full understanding I needed of why this place is so bad. None of them care. Plain and simple.

- CCChelsleenOct 27, 20251.0This location is so bad that it has taken me a long time customer of Chipotle to say I will never eat at another chipotle ever again no matter the location over a various of months they have continued to get my orders wrong and be cheap with the meat tonight was my breaking point after a long day at work on my way home I stopped to grab me and my husband dinner for the night. I brought it home to find out that they charged me $25 for a bowl with double meat that did not have double meat and to top it off was missing a large bag of chips. I then had to drive 20 minutes back out of my way to go get a full refund because the customer service number is a robot who doesn’t know English so I couldn’t get help over the phone and had to physically drive back to the location on top of it all when I asked for a full refund, which would have been $42.84 I only got a refund of $30.41. When I called this out to the cashier she insisted that she was giving me a full refund. I even showed her my bank statement on my phone and she still refused to give me a full refund so now I have to go through the hassle of filing a dispute with my bank. Worst customer service I have ever received and again I will never eat at a chipotle location ever again it is so overpriced for a low quality food.

Basically, no veggies or pico. They did have sour cream though! The service was ehh. I felt like everyone didn’t want to be there.
