  As a fan of Barro’s pizza, it’s difficult for me to write this review. However, no joke, over 50% of the time I leave this location (Copper Basin) and consider not returning. Usually I’m just frustrated because my to go order is late… sometimes over 30 mins late. Tonight, the pizza had folded over on itself in the box. Granted, the employee giving it to me offered to have it remade… but said “I just don’t know how long it’s going to take.” It’s 8pm and I’ve got kids in the car. I can’t wait who knows how long. Individually, these incidents are not that big of a deal, but collectively it’s annoying how often it’s something with the service or pizza that makes me consider not returning. I probably wouldn’t if there was another Barro’s even remotely close by. Pizza is good though.

  We're from Chicago. Love deep dish, but this is a very good thing pizza.

  Very disappointed with pizzas tonight 2/12/26 around 5pm who ever made my pizzas should be fired the worst one yet

  Absolutely the best pizza and customer service. If you have not tried this great spot you owe it to yourself to go and enjoy a fantastic food experience.

  I bought 2 large pizzas, 48 wings, and a cookie for my familys dinner tonight. I placed my order at 5pm and on the receipt it said time promised would be 6:15pm. We didn't get any updates/calls letting us know our pizza would be late. We didn't get it until 6:45pm. The food was cold so it doesn't have that fresh taste we usually get. The delivery man didn't even apologize or let us know why he was running behind. When we called twice they didn't give us an update either besides letting us know the driver was 1 minute away but he was actually 25 minutes away. The customer service was not how it usually is, very disappointed.
