Max needs to be the Manager he displayed excellent salesmanship, customer service and a friendly disposition he represented the brand so well I went around the drive through for a second time and bought a second set of deserts he was kind and had quite the sense of humor in the most professional way possible please promote this man he deserves it... Arbys deserves it they may have the meats but they need THE MAX as the manager!

Pulled up to drive through and the order was taken by AI. Said there was a special on fish sandwich. 2 for 7. Ordered 2 fish. Got to window and the gal says 11 dollars and some cents. What? I thought they had a special. 2 for 7. She says not this location. Guess who’s not going to this location again.
If you aren’t offering the special then take it off order machine.

Terrible experience today. They opened in October and should have their stuff together. You waited over 25 minutes to get our food… When it was served, the French dip was actually cold, the bread was cold and you could feel it through the wrapper… The fries were old and had to have them remade… The Philly cheesesteak was terrible did not have any cheese or veggies in it. It was just meat, they also forgot our extra Au jou that we paid for! . He literally seemed like they had no idea what was going on, and there was a massive confusion in the kitchen and at the counter. Not your typical Arby’s experience, I hope the ownership takes a look at the employees they have working there and gets things straightened out because they sure seem like they didn’t have any idea what was going on, how do you serve someone a cold sandwich from your restaurant? We won’t be back!!!

We have been to this location 2 times now and both times we were forced to order using AI in the drive through. Both times the AI has messed up our orders and a human actually had to retake my order. In Addition both times I had to wait forever and when I got my food the order has been wrong, food is forgotten and fries are freezing cold. Avoid this location. It’s awful.

Food is fine, it's Arby's you are getting exactly what you expect, bit this store uses AI for the drive through order taker, and is garbage. Doesn't recognize anything you say, and doesn't even work half the time. I've never had a drive thru order taken correctly, have to correct at the window every time, seems like a waste of everyone's time to use. Drive thru is slow, but they aren't known as being the fastest food to begin with
