Checked in with my mobile order, waited, and after 5 minutes I was asked by a different person if I had ordered already, gave them my name and they pulled the drink from the fridge. Is there no communication on who has checked in, or arrived for their mobile order before it was ready? Did the original person even check when I checked in?
- WFWren FreyApr 19, 20261.0Service was insulting. In a rush home today, we joined a short drive thru line. There were 3 cars ahead of us - the car in front of us only ordered one drink. It took 20 minutes to get to the door for our drinks not to be ready. There was no heads up of any sort of wait time. It took us 10 minutes to order and 25 to get our beverages. We were served with a series of excuses and a condescending smile. The drinks are good, but not worth the ridiculous wait time we experienced.

Her and i had the best and most genuine conversation she has amazing people skills and such good energy as well! Our drinks were so so good idk if she made them but she also gave them to us for free! Definitely my best dutch experience i have ever had, i will absolutely continue to come to this location as much as i'm able to 😠Alexa deserves a raise!! she is incredible i love all of the employees at this location! Thank you!!
- LYLauren YocumApr 2, 20261.0Unacceptable service there’s a reason this location’s rating is lower than others. Poorly managed Cara and Liv were incredibly disrespectful. When politely asking a question about the drinks I wasn’t met with explanation but rather ignored while she aggressively threw the drink away and remade it as if I was complaining about her drink preparation. I’ve been an almost daily customer for well over 10 years. I will not be back this company has absolutely lost its local touch and its loyal customers so sad to see.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
