    The food was great, however we were the only car in the digital pickup lane and had to wait ten minutes to even be acknowledged. Then questioned on our order and treated very disrespectfully. The boy rolled his eyes, and acted as if we were interrupting something more important. Highly disappointed with service, but love the food. No manager was on duty (4/29/26 around 6pm) to talk to and the Chipotle chat/pepper bot was no help at all.

    The morning opening crew during the week recently makes me never want to do an online order again. The order is wrong every time..90% rice burrito even when you ask for double chicken, cheese, corn, sour cream. The girl at the window is rude as hell. I placed an order with a drink that they forgot to do and she rolled her eyes and I genuinely thought she was going to spit in my drink for showing them they forgot it. Also, stop letting employees who can’t properly wrap a burrito work the line. They throw 5 forks in the bag religiously bc they know they don’t wrap it right. It falls apart in a single bite. I’ll go to a different location from now on.

    Rude service crew! Both cashier and crew member taking order were insufferable! Not only that they can’t manage a smile, they seemed to not want to serve their customers. Please train them well!

    Attitude is real . Delivered our food to the wrong house , tried blaming us but we showed them the correct stuff ..had to us go get a refund and remake our food ..only for them to still mess up by not giving us our entire order and then giving us attitude because we’re trying to get our proper food.

    Maybe somebody at the corporate level will be actually reading this message and trying to find a solution so that the employees that work at this facility will get proper training of customer service and how to talk to customers that actually pay for food customers are paying for food once again and they are treated sometimes by some of the people that work there as we are coming to get food for free like we are not paying for the food. I’m very disappointed with this location. I’m very disappointed with the level of customer service you people should train your employees the right way.
