- JEJaime EscobedoOct 21, 20251.0It was a really bad experience they took forever and when I asked them about my online order they said they didn't have an order and asked me to leave I showed them the address of the store and that the payment was taking I showed them this and they still would not give me a refund or give me my food some guy named Jose (manager)called me and started cussing at me because I guess that was his restaurant honestly all bad experience no professionalism whatsoever still haven't got a refund as of today but hey what can u expect from a town like San Luis (btw no English from anyone ).

In the other hand, the portions of the food are small, i been to a lot of subways and the portions served in this subway need to improve, I’m really sure people don’t want to pay the same price for smaller portions. Also the way the employees welcome customers to the restaurant needs to improve, customers like a welcoming environment specially when dining in.
