- KCKelsey CollinsJan 25, 20261.0Every single time we put an order here, there are issues. We can order a bacon sandwich and they’ll give us sausage. I can order a caramel macchiato and they don’t add the caramel. I’ll order a bagel sandwich, add cream cheese (where I’m paying extra) and they won’t add the cream cheese. I’ll order the loaded queso hashbrowns, and there won’t be bacon on it and then when we have to get out of the car, go back into the store to correct our order they try to recharge us for the cream cheese, that we already paid extra for. There’s no apology for getting the order wrong and we’re just given an attitude. It’s very frustrating when this happens every.single.time.

I used to find out when I’d get home or was too far away to go back, but now I check before I leave. And they actually act annoyed at me when I tell them my order is wrong. Something really needs to be done about this store… better management, better training, something. But actually, it doesn’t even matter because I’m done giving them chances. Absolutely ridiculous!!

She charged the donuts and the coffee on my debit card and pocketed my cash for herself! Didn't find out about it until later that night when I reported them for fraud to my bank. ABSOLUTE THIEVES! This review is also on Yelp so you can't buy your way out of it!
