    The manager at this location needs to be fired. I went to order some wings and they told me it would be around 30 minutes because they ran out of Togo boxes at 3 PM. That’s a massive fail on the manager’s part for not ensuring that orders of material materials were up to par. It ended up being an hour instead of 30 minutes and they didn’t offer anyone drinks while they waited. They didn’t offer it to include a few extra wings for anybody they didn’t offer any dip sauce or anything as compensation for their failures. Not to mention that when the manager finally did show up with some boxes that he went and retrieved from a different Wingstop, he nonchalantly walked in all casual, like it was all no big deal. There was no sense of urgency from the whole team to get everybody’s orders completed quickly and efficiently. This manager absolutely needs to be demoted or fired completely.

    What a horrific location. We went there the other night with a coupon for a celebration of the center being open. $16.99 for a 20 piece meal. Expiration of 12/31/25. The manager was called and told that it was a miss print for November. ?!?!? This was mailed out Dec 10th and included all businesses in the complex. We left the coupon and promptly walked out. Side note - the Ono bogo 50% off was valid and amazing! Thanks Ono!! No more wing stop for the family. Get better management.

    Came in on New Year’s Eve when a lady was at the counter talking to the manager being very rude and loud asking for them to give her a gift card saying there system failed and her food wasn’t on time she kept complaining so rudely to them and Adonis the manager was so sweet and calm and took care of the uncomfortableness she made everyone feel standing there also waiting for their food… she kept threatening she was going to leave them a bad review but I came to it first: they deserve a great review for how they handled it and their customer service is on top and they all deserve a raise for how they are treated especially on a holiday where everyone is wanting take out. Adonis did his best and same with the girl upfront.

    Food took 45 minutes not 10 minutes. On a regular Tuesday. One of the wing flavors was cold, colder than room temp. My drive home was 3 minutes. I got violently ill. I'd check to make sure your wings are hot before you leave if there is any wait. It looked like they had a bunch of wings in boxes already made, sitting out on the counter getting cold. If I wanted wings that have been sitting out for hours I'd go to Frys.

    I’m only writing this review because this is now happened to me twice so it can’t be a coincidence at this point. I did a DoorDash delivery order and requested all flats for the wings, As soon as the order went through on my phone, I immediately called the location as the last time I did this I did not receive all flats, So to correct that for this order, I even called the store to verify, Spoke with the manager and he told me it would be a dollar extra for the all flats option, I agreed to the extra charge and then got off the phone and waited for my delivery to show up. Once the delivery showed up, you’ll imagine my frustration when I opened my wings and it’s all drumsticks not even mixed, but all drumsticks. I called the location and speak to the manager that I spoke with prior to them delivering the food, And he proceeds to tell me that the wings had already been made, Which for one I know is a lie because there’s no way you can make wings in less than 60 seconds from the time that I placed the order to the time that I was on the phone with him, And two they never make an order all drumsticks, It’s always mixed. Now I’m definitely upset as the manager is not taking responsibility and is trying to shift blame. He offered me store credit I declined. I said I wanted the Wings remade and I was going to come and pick them up myself. I was then given an attitude and told “ OK man whatever” When I got to the location, the manager wouldn’t even come out and speak to me But they did have the wings remade. Am I afraid to eat them?? Yes. Do I trust that this manager with his lack of professionalism didn’t do something to my food? No But it’s the principle of the fact that he lied to me and tried to cover it up. This is unacceptable, and if I were the owner of this franchise location, I would fire this man Immediately. Order number 20028 11/22/2025
