    This wasn't the first time I've had issues with this location but this was the one bad enough for me to submit a review. Ordered my food, was told the chicken was ready and to park in one of the spots and they will bring my food in 3-4 minutes. Normally not a big deal at least I know its hot and hasn't been sitting for hours. Well after waiting in the parking spot for almost 20 minutes I give up and go inside (yes I know I shouldn't have waited that long but I was on my phone not paying attention to the time) when I walked inside and asked where my food was they just looked at me like they had no clue what was going on. The woman in front of me was in the same situation, she had been parked next to me waiting for her order. The employees were clueless, the guy who took my money and told me to park wasn't anywhere to be seen. Once they made my food and I made it to my destination to sit and eat with what little time I had left the food tasted like crap. Needless to say this will be the last time I ever go to this Wendy's. Over priced for lousy food and even worse service.

    Oh people when you read the poor reviews believe them. A 3.6 and being fast food I didn't have high expectations but this restaurant should not get even the 3.6 with cold food, the website quotes different prices then what's on the internet for that location, and the person at the drive-thru could not do math. It was $6.51 and I gave them $11.51 and she look very confused. The first time she tried to hand me back a handful of change and $4 and I said No I gave you $11.51 for $5 change and then after another minute of her trying to fix the problem she hands me back 5 $1 bills 🤦‍♂️. Maybe we should do some basic math test before we hire our employees. The burger was cold , the fries were cold , and I specifically said an unsweetened iced tea and got a sweetened iced tea . Called the management to let them know about the cold food, the internet deals not being the same price as what they offer their service issue. The manager didn't seem that concerned had the main excuses of their new, we're short staffed and I don't know who runs our website. So mark this place off obviously they're not working to become better.

    Charging for sauce. Dumb. I get people take advantage but when I have a kids meal with chicken strips and a chicken sandwich no bun no mayo and a plain burger no toppings. I’m already letting the company keep product they can make more money off of and then want to charge extra for 2 cups of ranch? .50 per cup. My meal only came with 1 due to it being kids striped. Keep my order and give me my money back. That’s pinching pennies. What a stupid policy.

    My burger was ice cold, despite melted cheese – clearly not fresh. My junior fries were cold and sparse. I waited for nuggets, but nothing else was fresh. The manager inexplicably turned off drive-thru lights 10 minutes early while I was still there. When I complained about cold food, she claimed ignorance, then kept repeating "we're closed," even though they just took my money. She offered "warmer fries," returning with old, burnt pieces in her bare hand – no glove. The cashier even slammed the window in my face. The whole team seemed aware they were serving me garbage. It's unacceptable to take my money but refuse quality service. This blatant disregard for food safety and customer service means everyone involved should be fired. A refund or honest refusal would've been better than this terrible experience. If you take my money, deliver what I paid for.
