  I can’t count anymore how many times I’ve been clipped on the back of the foot with either employees and their order Pickup carts or just customers in general with their carts. You think the corporate heads would remodel queen creeks first Safeway to make the aisles bigger? Nope, they chose to go the greedy way and just build another brand new store across town. The employees at this store I feel sorry for, can barely do their jobs because the aisles are so crammed. Plz fix this corporate heads! NO ROOM IN THIS STORE

  Subject: Deeply Disappointing Experience – Negative Star Rating Warranted This location is hindered by multiple issues, beginning with a cramped and poorly designed parking lot, followed by a limited selection of certain items. Most concerning, however, was the egregiously poor customer service exhibited by a middle-aged male employee at the service desk, who appeared to be a manager. Rather than processing a proper exchange with a refund for the price difference, he insisted that I accept a lower-cost item as a direct substitute. When I declined, he simply walked away without resolution. Fortunately, another associate witnessed the incident, stepped in to verify the return, confirmed the pricing discrepancy, and then personally escorted me to a different colleague who was able to complete the exchange correctly and professionally. While the intervening associate demonstrated commendable service, the initial behavior from the manager was entirely unacceptable. For these reasons, this store deserves a negative star rating.

  I checked out with Jordan and she was the best cashier I've ever had at this Safeway, she bagged my items with speed and skill that is only rivaled by Chuck Norris and truthfully I don't know who's better between the two. The effortless scanning of items had my mouth agape and body in shock. Her demeanor and attitude toward me was so welcoming I thought I worked there for a moment. This Safeway would run so much more efficiently and smoothly if it was simply 100 Jordans but alas that would be a miracle. I think we could all take a page out of Jordans book of customer service and learn something new 😀

  Por lo general siempre encuentro lo que busco y la verdura y fruta siempre está fresca y buen acomodada, ni voy todos los días, pero cuando he ido todo está muy bien y los empleados son muy amables

  This is for store pickup. I’ve ordered from this location several times and each time the order has been delayed, one of those times they substituted items that I went in and found. The kids working there don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Next time I’m taking my business elsewhere.
