  Unfortunately, service was slow, our soda was watered down and tasted weird (gross Diet Coke), and the employee we interacted with was really rude. Maybe it was an off day, that’s a pretty off day for a McDonald’s.

  This place is cold. The layout has to be reconsidered. Nobody is assigned to the front. Dinning in is secluded from all the workers. Can't get a refill. Can't get a napkin. Can't get ketchup. Nobody to talk to. Mcdonalds has successfully eliminated humans from the experiance

  Terrible customer service. Sat in the drive-thru line for several minutes and they kept taking orders from the other line. After a few cars I finally gave up and just pulled through the line and left.

  DISGUSTING!! I’m so frustrated and disgusted by this McDonalds not only are they rude but they just seem to not care I use to order here a lot but now im okay with not coming back to this McDonalds they always forget stuff in mobile orders. I’ve called over an incident where there was a bite taken out of a patty I called and they hung up on me I called again and the manager named Makayla was rude and they took zero accountability like if nothing ever happened.

  I placed a mobile order about 3:20 AM or so, and drove to the location, arriving at 3:31. They told me they were closed to prepare for Breakfast. I said I placed a mobile order and they told me to cancel it. I brought up the fact that the app says they do dinner to 3:59 and all they said was "we cant control the app to say we close at 3:30". So even though the app says 3:59, I placed the order at like 3;20ish or so, and it didnt "come through" til I arrived at 3:31 you still couldnt make the order? What a joke. If Corporate controls the app, and the app says 3:59, you honor the 3:59. I wouldnt have driven 5 miles out of my way to get my lunch if I had been told before hand I wouldnt get my food.
