  One star is much too generous. Plastic in food! On this date, in the evening, we ordered 2 McFlurries and 1 sundae in the drive-thru. My child’s McFlurry had 1/4”x1/2” piece of black plastic shard. I immediately called and spoke with the manager (Alejandro) who was dismissive and stated he couldn’t find my order, but then eventually found the ticket number. When I asked for his name, he asked why I needed his name. He placed me on hold for several minutes and came back in the line and asked that I return tomorrow at 12PM to speak to the general manager (Elizabeth), and he again asked why I needed to know her name. At no point did he offer his name, general manager’s name, etc. Please see the photo of the hard plastic that was found and bitten into in the McFlurry.

  This place is hit or miss. Sometimes its fast and the order is correct. Sometimes. Most of the time the staff is terrible. There was a really nice lady at the drive thru for a change (Evening of April 4th 2026)... but they had her sending all the cars to park. But there was no rhyme or reason to it so the person bringing the orders out had to go car to car to find the right customer.

  This is my favorite Mcdonalds. I have dietary restrictions, and they always get my order requests right (i.e. no cream, no cheese or butter). The staff is great too.

  Worst McDonald’s ever. I get parked EVERYTIME I come to this location. THEN ten min later when they bring the food it’s always wrong or missing stuff and I have to go back in. I refused to park once and three employees came and told me I needed to park. The “district manager” was there asked me to park and said she’d ensure my food came out quickly…it didn’t AND was missing food.

  Yesterday I ordered a Shamrock shake. I waited for 6 minutes and when they handed me my shake it was runny like milk and warm! When I asked the Manager to replace it she snatched it out of my hand and through it in the garbage like it was my fault that She doesn't know how to do hre job! No apology for crappie service and crappie food!! It is my opinion that that Manager needs to either loose her job or be Demoted!!! The next shake was only a little bit better and I ended up throwing it away!!
