The food was such a letdown that I didn’t even end up eating the wings. Based on this visit, I wouldn’t recommend this location, and I don’t plan on returning anytime soon.

Scared me to death! She was rude. Dirty blonde with her hair pulled up. I didn’t know I couldn’t grab MY food off the shelf just like every other place/restaurant I go to for pick up!!! You didn’t have to yell at me like that, you could’ve and should’ve simply said “can I help you” or “are you here for pick up?”. Can’t believe I have to sit here and teach a manager manners and how to treat a customer! You also could’ve gotten up off your butt sooner seeing there was a line to help out or manage your employees to. I will never go back here again! How horrible!

Waited 10 min and asked after people after me came in and got food within minutes. We always give them the benefit and we always wait 30 min or longer for our food. Never again. No apology nothing. Just ok we will get to you order. Don’t say it will be ready in 10 or 15 min when it’s always longer.
