Made a mobile order, got here 20min past the pickup time and my order wasnt't even started. 30min past my pick up time as I am writing this review and still waiting!

All 3 kids were begging to go to Taco Bell and it’s definitely not our first time at this location. We ordered inside in the self serve and I think I messed up the kids drinks. Tori and Aden were so helpful to get it fixed. The employees here are what keep us coming back. Thank you for helping me keep the kids happy as I’m alone with it. I appreciate All you do and have only had good experiences at this location. Thank you!

Store rep couldnt find my order, showed the order receipt I got in email, they then asked me the address, which was clearly on the receipt to which the rep replied "I don't even know.the address here"... then to top it off they found my order by simply scrolling on their screen as I was the only Mark G.
The guy who helped at the end was awesome, need more of him.
Changing to 2 stars... the first person made the entire experience horrible.
