  This place is great! I arrived at the drive through on 2/12/2026 at 11:30 pm and Eliza T assisted me. Eliza and the 3 young men that working that night not only made my food amazing, they were so fun and funny that they made my night. Highly recommend this location for good food and friendly faces.

  The Taco Bell on Rittenhouse in Queen Creek can be a bit of a gamble, particularly when it comes to order accuracy and consistency. While it’s a convenient stop, the experience varies significantly from visit to visit. ​Review Breakdown ​Order Accuracy: This is the primary pain point. It is fairly common to find items missing or prepared incorrectly. On more than one occasion, I’ve actually been handed an entirely different person's order at the window. ​Food Consistency: Even when ordering the exact same menu item, the quality and portioning change every time. One day a burrito might be well-filled and hot; the next, it’s thin and inconsistently layered. ​Wait Times: The drive-thru line tends to move slowly. Even when it doesn't look particularly long, you should expect to spend a significant amount of time waiting for your food. ​Final Verdict: If you’re in a rush or looking for a specific, consistent experience, you may want to double-check your bag at the window before driving off.

  I went to pay with cash. I had a 50 dollar bill and was told they could not take anything higher than a 20. There were no signs stating this. I was told due to other people giving counterfeit money I am being called a liar and a fraud. The manager called her supervisor and he told her he just didn't have time to put a sign up. Terrible experience.

  It seems that drive through is the way to go here. Went inside to place an order and it took 35 mins to get my order. By that time multiple cars have gone through the drive. It wasn’t until all the cars were through and the parking lot was empty that I finally got my order. I understand that when it’s busy it will take longer but saving my order until last when I place my order before the drive through cars is kinda frustrating. The staff was kind but the manager seemed like he didn’t really care about what was happening.
