  Ordered online for delivery by redeeming my 2 rewards. Apparently they didn’t have chicken. Instead of making 2 of the ones they do have so that a refund wouldn’t be necessary, they refused to do this. So, I never got what I paid for, they never refunded for the missing sandwich, and my rewards never got put back into my account.

  Made me a veggie sandwich when I called about my meat they said I could pay for the meat to be added. I informed them it was my free sandwich and they said nothing could be done. I knew I shouldn't have ordered from this one but didn't want to drive 25 mins to other one. Lesson learn ALWAYS drive to the better one on combs.

  I don't usually leave bad reviews only positive one but since I plan on coming back this is in hope some gets a learning experience. My wife and I just walked out due to Ms. Makayla not even acknowledging us when we approached. When we walked up Ms. Makayla was counting her drawer. I thought she might have been closed already so I asked. No response. My wife said "excuse me." To which Makayla replied with "What," with a look of irritation on her face. We asked still with smiling faces "are you closed already?" Even joking about never seeing the ingredients lids being closed. Ms. Makayla then replied with a dry no. Not sure if something happened before us entering but we then waited for her to finish her task. Never did we get a "I'll be right with you" or "just a moment" we waited another moment then decided not to bother her anymore and left. Subway you should be teaching basic customer service etiquette to ensure easy money isn't walking out the door. That it all thanks for coming to my Ted Talk. 🫡

  Yes order 5 sandwiches del by door dash, delivery was good. However one sandwich I received was all wrong,, called store was told I had to bring it back and they would make it right, I said no I want you to deliver a new sandwich . The funky teen stated she could not do that it would have to be delivered by door dash, I said that's fine but I am not paying another door dash fee for a mistake I did not make. Mgr was a coward would not talk to me. Now why couldn't the mgr deliver his employees mistake. Will NEVER go there again

  THIS SUBWAY IS THE WORST IVE EVER HAD. Not only could they not just follow a simple uber eats order and give us the cookies we asked for, they also messed up my husband’s sandwich so bad to the point where he had to go back up to the store to get it remade. Not only that, when he got home his meatballs on his sub were COLD AND THE CHEESE WASNT MELTED.. They gave us the wrong cookie and drenched the sandwich in sauce. TERRIBLE SERVICE
