The manager, I think he's the manager anyway, named Thor greeted us when we were only 3 ft in the entrance. The man was friendly and talkative. We chatted about how long we'd all been in Arizona and what it changed and the difference in cities what changed. Then when we started to order, he made recommendations as well as making sure that I had the app to get a discount on our order. This is a guy that knows how to deliver great customer service as well as create long-term value for the franchise. ( If management reads these reviews you definitely need to promote Thor give him a raise or something, the guys doing a fantastic job. Also the way he communicates with the employees top notch!) Okay back to you the consumer, You're probably more concerned with the quality of the food... Man fantastic! I've got to recommend the brussel sprouts they are exceptional. So if you're looking for a healthier choice for your meal lower those carbs pass on the delicious fries get the brussel sprouts with your burger. Five Stars Smashburger well done!
