Great service, nice spot, and reasonable pricing.
Wish the Italian beef was a bit tastier.
I would eat again.

If I could assign zero stars to this location, I would. My recent experience with the store manager was deeply disappointing and reflected a serious lack of professionalism and customer service.
My two children, including my seven-year-old son who has a disability, entered the store to request a water cup. Unaware that filling the cup with lemonade required payment, my son mistakenly did so. Rather than calmly explaining the policy, the manager locked the soda machine, accused my child of stealing, and proceeded to lecture both of my children. He instructed my son to dispose of the lemonade, which he immediately did, and he refilled the cup with water.
Upon learning what had occurred, I promptly went inside to pay for the drink and to clarify that my son genuinely did not understand he was violating a policy. I also expressed that addressing a young child particularly one with a disability in that manner was inappropriate. The manager initially stated that he was not speaking directly to my children but to another employee. When I explained that this was inconsistent with what had occurred, his explanation changed, which I found concerning.
While completing the payment and talking to him there was no acknowledgment of how the situation had been handled, nor any apology or indication of accountability. When I requested his supervisor’s name and contact information, he responded by stating that he does not provide personal cell phone numbers, despite the fact that I had only asked for business contact information. He ultimately provided a name and phone number in writing. When I inquired about when his supervisor would be present in the store, he stated he could not share that information and advised me to call the store the following morning around 10:00 a.m.
Additionally, after reviewing prior customer feedback, I observed complaints from other customers months ago describing similar concerns regarding this manager’s conduct and treatment of customers. This suggests a pattern that warrants attention.
This matter could have been resolved with simple communication and professionalism, particularly when children are involved. I respectfully urge management to review this situation carefully and ensure that customers especially families are treated with courtesy, understanding, and respect.
Update from my review yesterday:
Tom, the General Manager, and I spoke directly regarding the situation. He handled everything very professionally. An apology was given, we discussed both perspectives, and the misunderstanding was resolved in a respectful and appropriate manner.
Thank you, Tom, for taking the time to address this and for your assistance in resolving the matter.
