I was disgusted and was told by other coworkers they stopped eating their because they also have found hair in their food. It sucks cause I liked Panera, but it's probably just this location. Sent out a message to customer service and quickly got a response, however it was only "refunded" through their app where I got 15 dollars off an order. Don't recommended this location
