I have called twice and wach time was told they would talk to the person and they had a few refunds to give. It's now November 8th and I am still waiting on a refund. I would of been happy if they gave me a credit for another burger. I had never had Five Guys and don't eat out much, and I thought I would try them and now this experience leavea me not wanting to go back.

Barely even filled the cup with all the crappy fry crumbs we collected in the bag. Super soggy and just not the quality of every single other location

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
